Gluten free cookies recipe round up

I haven’t posted about it much yet – but I am going to – but I’ve been trialling a wheat free diet in the hope it might help with my hypothyroid symptoms. I’ll explain later.

In the mean time though I will say that I haven’t found any nice biscuits that are wheat free, but I have rounded up three recipes to try – sorry waistline, it’s baking time!

The Best Chewy Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

These look AMAZING. I don’t like hard biscuits, it’s all about the chewy for me!

Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Cookies

I love peanut butter and thankfully no allergies in my house so I’ve earmarked this one for trying out too!

Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies

These also look divine and I know a little person who will like helping me make these, if I can keep him out of the jam anyway!

Do you know about any good wheat free baking recipes I could try?

  1. I don’t really know any recipes, often when I have to able gluten free for guests I cheat and get a packet mix, but I am liking the sound of the Chewy and the Jam one’s they look so GOOD!

  2. These all look fabulous! I can’t eat the middle one though as J has a peanut allergy. I love a chewy cookie too so the top one is the one I’d try first! I ought to try to be gluten free, but I can’t eat most of the food due to an egg allergy. I have a free from baking board on my Pinterest if you want more recipes. They won’t all be gluten free, but lots are. #ablogginggoodtime

  3. Those raspberry cookies look amazing! I’ve got plans to bake cookie this weekend, think I’ll make some jam and lemon curd ones now I’ve seen how yummy yours look
