We have been confined to the house recently. Not because we have the plague or anything, but because the Stupid Dog is in season, and we can’t take her out for risk of her being molested/impregnated by the local hounds. So we have mainly been milling about in the garden.

The light was gorgeous today so I took my camera out to take some picture of the boy – he wanted photos of him in his favourite tree (as you do)

He’s wearing his GAP jeans and H&M coat, and we were gifted these lovely winter boots from Keen footwear – they are really lightweight and waterproof. They are also easy to put on which makes a change for most boots! I think they are lovely.

Rian also insisted on taking a picture of me in my new coat from Simply Be. I needed something waterproof for walking the Stupid Dog, and this one is a lovely colour (which is why Rian likes it) and it has a hood which is good because I need both hands free for extracting her from what ever bush she’s managed to get herself entangled in – for some reason it’s always raining at walk time!. I’ve also got my eye on a padded one which I’m hoping will come up in the black friday sales.

Any way – this isn’t a bad effort from the boy of me! I’ve also got my wellies with attitude on (they are from New Look!) I’ve been working on my mummy blogger pose – never look directly to camera, pondering look needs a bit more effort.
